The Council usually meet on the second Thursday of each month except in August when there is no meeting. 

We welcome members of the public to all Parish Council meetings and are always happy to hear from local residents.

If you would like to raise any issue for discussion at a future Parish Council meeting please contact the Parish Clerk.

Matters of planning and the provision of services in both Wards are considered at meetings. For the latest planning applications please click on Planning section of the website.

Currently six Councillors represent the two Wards of Stoneleigh and Ashow . The Chairman of the Council is Richard Hancox and the Parish Clerk is Becky Maoudis.

The Parish Council is supported by Warwick District Councillors Pam Redford and Josh payne and Warwick County Councillor Wallace Redford.

The precept for the next financial year April 2023 - March 2024 has been agreed at £18,932.

The swings in the Village Hall Playing Fields are maintained and inspected annually.
